HCG Diet

HCG diet (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a diet based on human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). As you know, HCG is the same hormone that is released by the placenta during pregnancy and it shows a second stripe in the pregnancy test.

This hormone accelerates the mobilization of fat and uses it as a source of energy. Portions of hcg diet recipes allow you to not feel hunger and reduce the need for food.

The hormone can be consumed in drops, injections and even rubbed into the skin in the form of a cream. They say that this diet is very popular now in Hollywood.

Of course, this diet is not approved by the Ministry of Health and its consequences are unknown, but despite this, a good half of America sits on it and seems to be pleased with the results.

The mechanism is this:

The diet lasts from three weeks and longer, depending on how many kilos you intend to lose.

In my opinion, the diet is ideal for those who want to prepare for the swim season in the shortest time or those who do not suffer from a strong overweight. Simply put, if you want to lose hateful 3-5 kilograms, which does not want to go, this diet can suit you.

In three weeks, as a rule, you can get rid of five kilograms. Agree, it’s nice!

In the early days you can lose up to a kilo a day. By the way, nutritionists do not recommend any diet, in which weight loss per day is more than one kilogram. Next a day will leave 300-500 grams, no more.

A day is allowed only 500 calories. This is very small! And everyone, probably, will be surprised – that it is possible to eat at all on these 500 calories?!

Breakfast:

Tea or coffee – unlimited, but without sugar and milk (sugar can be replaced with saccharin or stevia).

Dinner:

– 100 grams of any low-fat protein (veal, chicken breast, white fish, lobster, crab, shrimp); not allowed fatty fish (salmon, eel, tuna, herring) or lamb. In addition, the “protein” should be weighed before cooking and make sure that its weight does not exceed the declared 100 grams. Obviously, the protein should be without a skin kind of skin or skin.

– Any vegetable to choose from: spinach, chicory, tomatoes, celery, fennel, cucumber, asparagus, cabbage, green lettuce leaves.

As you noticed, no fatty avocados cannot be consumed!

– One loaf (preferably rye or whole-grain).

– One apple / or one orange / or half a grapefruit / or 50 grams of strawberries.

Dinner:

Variations on the theme of dinner: roughly speaking, if you had a chicken for dinner, then there may be fish for dinner.

The use of any fat, animal or vegetable origin is excluded.

 

You can consume salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard (in powder), garlic, basil, parsley, cilantro.

By the way, during the diet on the body you cannot apply fatty creams, do massage. This is due to the fact that the lack of fats that do not enter through the gastrointestinal tract, the body can fill the missing fats, even though fatty creams. Massage, in turn, speeds up metabolic processes, which can interfere with the diet of hCG.

That is, ideally, this diet is especially effective in the period of a certain rest, without affecting the body of active physical activity or massage.

As doctors explained to me, in three weeks with such a plan of nutrition and the impact of hCG on the brain, namely the hypothalamus, metabolic processes in the body begin to work as if from a clean slate. Roughly speaking, we cheat the brain, programming it to eat fewer calories.

Moreover, the HGH hormone, acting on the brain, sends a signal that the person is full. Therefore, you can very long sit on this diet and for 2-3 months to lose weight by 20-25 pounds.

By the way, the number of calories after the first week can be increased to 900, and after the second – up to 1100 (in the diet it is not prescribed, but still many are doing it, because in reality 500 sickly people per day can only get sick or strongly mentally resistant people).

Naturally, everyone will say that if you consume so many calories, the effect will come anyway, BUT: the idea of ‚Äč‚Äčthis particular diet is that after it does not gain extra pounds.

HGCH just rebuilds all the metabolic processes to the desired mode. If a person is a hero and has sustained at least three weeks on HCG, then nothing is scary anymore!

Somehow magically, people get weaned from sweets and rolls, switch to 2000 calories per day of healthy food without sauces and gravy, casseroles and cold.

By the way, the only pleasant thing in this diet is that in the first two days, when taking the first doses of hCG, you need to consume as much as possible of fatty foods. Thus, the body mobilizes, adjusts to a diet and prevents the feeling of hunger.
